The ICT Project Management Office develops and implements processes to ensure IT projects and programs meet organizational goals and requirements.

The office partners with business units across the NMSU System to provide project management support for information technology initiatives and works with NMSU governance groups to identify, define, prioritize and execute strategic IT projects.

The Project Management Office team consists of project management professionals with outstanding expertise, bringing an integrated approach to delivering IT projects with the highest probability of success and acceptance, through the application of best practices, tools, and methods.  The Project Management Office helps organizations ensure projects and programs are delivered successfully on time, on budget, and with quality targets. Our Project Manager participates, communicates, and collaborates with the governance group on project selection, prioritization, and performance. Finally, we define and maintain the standards for project execution.
